Carry reasonable quota of software license sales to Vietnam market with commission and potential upside from services & solutions around the software
Work with VN Head of Sales and VP of Vietnam Business to shape the solution based on our partner software and strategize the go to market plan for the Vietnam market.
Work closely with the internal Digital Marketing team to shape and drive relevant campaigns to give good coverage of our products and services in Vietnam.
Handle direct sales calls with prospective customers in the region and follow up with potential leads
Develop the pipeline, prepare the proposal (with the support from pre-sales)
At least 03 years of selling software & software services to Banking and FSI customers.
Strong relationship with BFSI C-level, IT director, software/digital apps manager.
Consultative selling and hands-on skills in software solutions: able to prepare custom sales kit, custom proposal, custom commercial quota to Customers.
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets in software solutions to BFSI.
Experience working at a BFSI-based software solution company is preferred.
Self-motivated and positive spirit.
Background in Software / Software Development is preferred.
Good English (client communication, service/product presentation).
