System Implementation & Configuration
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC PM modules in alignment with global business requirements.
- Oversee comprehensive PM processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance planning, work order management, and operational reporting.
- Ensure system performance is optimized, performing troubleshooting and issue resolution as needed.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and recommend optimizations for SAP PM workflows.
- Act as a technical liaison, translating complex business needs into precise technical specifications for cross-functional teams.
- Provide expert guidance during system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Training & Process Standardization
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure high system adoption rates.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and detailed process flows.
- Stay abreast of SAP best practices, S/4HANA updates, and RISE/Cloud advancements to keep the system future-proof.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Manage all testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly regarded.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 8+ years of SAP PM configuration and implementation experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Consultant capacity.
- Strong expertise in integrating SAP PM with modules such as SD, MM, PP, PS, and HCM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a significant advantage.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP PM projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with technical teams and executive leadership.

- Ability to thrive in a global, multi-national conglomerate environment.
- Proactive in standardizing maintenance processes and driving operational efficiency.
