Electrical System Design
- Design medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems for factories, pumping stations, water treatment plants, industrial parks, and related facilities.
- Calculate electrical loads, voltage drop, short-circuit current, cable sizing, and select electrical equipment such as MCB, MCCB, ACB, and VCB.
- Prepare single-line diagrams, electrical layouts, wiring drawings, control diagrams, and design explanations.
Technical Documentation & Quantity Take-off
- Perform quantity take-off and prepare design documents and acceptance dossiers according to project requirements.
- Read and develop technical drawings accurately.
- Prepare design calculations, technical explanations, layouts, and control diagrams.
Project Coordination & Technical Support
- Coordinate with mechanical-electrical teams, contractors, and supervision consultants during project implementation.
- Participate in site surveys and provide technical support as required.
- Support control programming or SCADA programming when capable.
- Perform other professional tasks as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Power Systems, Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical system design.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical design standards such as TCVN/IEC and electrical systems including medium-voltage, low-voltage, ATS, transformers, MCC, distribution cabinets, and SCADA.
- Able to calculate loads, select equipment, calculate voltage drop, short-circuit current, and cable sizing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of EPLAN, Step 7, and WinCC is an advantage.
- Good skills in drawing implementation, quantity take-off, technical calculation, design explanation, teamwork, and time management.
- Good MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Language / Other Requirements
- Experience designing electrical systems for factories, water treatment plants, industrial parks, or transformer stations is preferred.
- Control programming or SCADA programming skill is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for business when required.
- Electrical design or electrical supervision certificates are preferred.
- Technical English is an advantage.
