Technical Support & Electrical Design

• Survey project sites or work with customers to clarify technical requirements during the bidding stage.
• Develop preliminary and detailed electrical design solutions based on internal technology plans or customer requirements.
• Prepare electrical construction drawings, control cabinet principle drawings, electrical layout drawings, installation details, BOQ, and system programming when required.

Project Implementation & Site Supervision

• Coordinate with relevant departments to align design plans, construction schedules, technical solutions, and material requirements.
• Monitor project materials, construction progress, subcontractor work quality, installation volume, and actual site progress against the project plan.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions, handle arising issues, and propose solutions to optimize construction progress.

Commissioning, Maintenance & Customer Support

• Support procurement by confirming product types, specifications, quantities, and equivalent alternatives that meet technical requirements while reducing cost.
• Perform equipment installation, calibration, testing, commissioning, project acceptance, handover, and related documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical system issues during operation, warranty, and maintenance periods.

Education & Experience

• College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing, or equivalent technical fields.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in CAD.
• Good knowledge of electrical design, construction drawings, electrical systems, equipment installation, calibration, commissioning, and site supervision.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills for technical issues arising during design, construction, operation, warranty, and maintenance stages.

Language / Other Requirements

• Ability to work at project sites and follow project working schedules.
• Able to support technical clarification, procurement coordination, construction planning, acceptance documentation, and customer support.
