• 1. Systems Administration (Windows & Linux)
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE) systems.
• Manage core network services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Authority (CA).
• Oversee server software installation, maintenance, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to prevent failures or bottlenecks.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for routine administrative tasks.
• 2. Security & Compliance
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for internal users and resolve escalated issues.
• Conduct regular system security hardening, patch management, and configuration updates.
• Ensure all configurations align with the Company’s cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Analyze logs and audit trails to detect, diagnose, and mitigate potential security threats.
• 3. IT Infrastructure Development & Support
• Support the design, implementation, and migration of new infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects to evaluate products, assess feasibility, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reliability.
• 4. Technology Evaluation and Exploration
• Research and evaluate emerging infrastructure and server technologies.
• Conduct comparative analyses for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Perform proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for innovative technologies.
• Collaborate with vendors to assess and validate new products or solutions.
• 5. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Management
• Design, deploy, and administer GCP components including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, and IAM.
• Implement GCP security best practices such as firewall configurations, IAM policy management, and encryption controls.
• Automate deployment and resource provisioning using Deployment Manager, Terraform, or equivalent tools.
• Monitor GCP resource utilization and cost optimization metrics.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) for consistent and efficient environment management.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or Computer Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise server environments.
• Proven experience in both Windows and Linux server administration.
• Practical understanding of GCP or similar cloud platforms.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux system management.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related network services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and virtualization.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Added Advantage

• GCP certifications (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer).
• Experience with Docker or containerization technologies.
