Project Leadership and Delivery Management

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs, scope, and client requirements.
• Ensure successful delivery of all assigned projects, meeting timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Agile and Waterfall Methodology Execution

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Agile-based projects.
• Lead Waterfall project planning sessions and ensure smooth execution throughout all phases.
• Develop, track, and update detailed project plans for both Agile and Waterfall projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate integration of Agile and Waterfall practices when needed and support transitions between methodologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and refine project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, manage expectations, and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Provide regular and clear communication on project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Risk, Resource, and Budget Management

• Ensure proper risk management processes are in place for both Agile and Waterfall projects, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Drive resource allocation to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects meet financial constraints.

Team Leadership and Continuous Improvement

• Coach and mentor project teams on Agile and Waterfall best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning across all project teams.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.

Experience & Knowledge

• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• At least 2 years leading Agile projects.
• Minimum 2 years managing Waterfall projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects using both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall principles and ability to apply the right methodology based on project needs.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Trello.
