Project Planning & Site Execution
- Build project organization structure, construction schedule, construction methods, risk assessment, safety plans, quality control plans, and cost control plans.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, communicate project plans, and coordinate execution with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, subcontractors, and site resources to ensure construction progress.
Progress, Cost & Subcontractor Management
- Lead progress meetings, coordinate internal teams, and monitor design, procurement, and site implementation progress.
- Work with investors on schedule adjustments and report weekly/monthly project progress to the Project Director.
- Prepare and submit cost estimates, compare material prices, control materials and finished products, manage design changes, claims, additional work records, and payment documents.
Safety, Quality & Project Completion
- Organize safety structure, conduct safety training, supervise site safety, handle safety incidents, and ensure subcontractors maintain site cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Board to approve subcontractor capabilities, construction methods, materials, and work acceptance.
- Monitor construction quality, report quality issues, propose corrective actions, organize testing, training, document storage, project acceptance, final settlement, and handover.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in industrial water treatment projects is required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong capability in judgment, planning, execution, organization, management, and coordination.
- Good site management skills, including progress control, cost control, safety control, quality control, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to prepare construction plans, manage project risks, control site resources, and coordinate with investors.
- Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with project owners.
Language / Other Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 27 or above, with good health.
- Ability to travel for project assignments.
- Able to work at construction sites according to project requirements.
Personality & Attitude
- Responsible, decisive, and able to lead site execution under pressure.
- Strong ownership in project progress, safety, quality, and cost control.
- Practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented in handling site issues.
- Professional in communication with investors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
