Credit Risk Assessment
- Conduct customer screening using compliance platforms and internal risk criteria.
- Resolve potential matches, manage queries, and train new users on screening tools and procedures.
- Perform financial ratio analysis, trend identification, and credit evaluations for customers.
- Procure and interpret ad-hoc credit rating reports from external agencies.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and report credit exposure across customer portfolios; escalate risks when necessary.
- Track and distribute adverse news related to customer risk profiles.
- Prepare and update monthly credit exposure and collection files.
- Profile new customers for inclusion in credit monitoring and collection workflows.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Support compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes aligned with company standards.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve credit processes, reporting, and system automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective credit management procedures.
Data Analysis & Portfolio Insights
- Collate and analyze data for portfolio risk insights and generate performance reports.
- Use data visualization tools to identify patterns and support decision-making.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in compliance screening and KYC processes.
- Experience in credit analysis, including financial statement and ratio evaluation.
- Proficiency with SAP Receivables Management (SAP FSCM) or similar ERP systems.
- Experience using compliance/KYC platforms (e.g., WorldCheck, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance).
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization).
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presentation and reporting.
- Exposure to data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills.
- Familiarity with credit scoring models and external rating systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Independent, proactive, and deadline-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
