Import-Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, check, and store import-export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, CO, BL, and related paperwork.
- Identify suitable HS Codes and check import policies for various types of goods.
- Ensure import-export documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
Shipment Coordination & Logistics Follow-up
- Work directly with forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, and related partners to handle international import/export shipments.
- Follow up order progress, update shipment status, and coordinate with Warehouse, Accounting, Sales, and other internal teams.
- Control and reconcile transportation costs and logistics payments with forwarders and partners.
Supplier Communication & Issue Handling
- Work with foreign suppliers regarding purchasing information, shipping schedules, and documents.
- Proactively handle issues arising during transportation, customs clearance, and cargo delivery.
- Implement assigned tasks according to business requirements.

Education & Experience
- College or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience related to import-export documentation.
Skills & Competencies
- Experience checking HS Codes and import policies for multiple product categories.
- Good knowledge of import-export documents, shipment follow-up, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
- Proficient in office software, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of ECUS5 software is preferred.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent Chinese is required.
- Able to work with foreign suppliers, forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, and internal departments.
- Able to coordinate shipment documents, costs, and delivery status accurately.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly responsible, careful, and enthusiastic at work.
- Agile, communicative, and proactive in handling operational issues.
- Detail-oriented in documentation, cost checking, and shipment follow-up.
- Cooperative when working with internal teams and external partners.
