System Implementation & Configuration
- Participate in and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Service Management (SM) modules.
- Support the configuration of SAP PM components including maintenance notifications, work orders, equipment, functional locations, and task lists.
- Support the configuration of SAP SM components including service orders, service contracts, warranties, and customer equipment.
- Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PS for holistic business operations.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective system-based solutions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
Testing, Training & Support
- Conduct rigorous system testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide training to end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute aggressively to continuous process improvements.
- Provide hands-on support for ABAP enhancements and Fiori app configurations where required to support project functionality.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of two full-cycle SAP implementation projects specifically involving Plant Maintenance and Service Management.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM and SM in S/4HANA environments.
- Deep understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes, equipment and asset management, service order and contract management, and warranty and customer service processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Working knowledge of ABAP and SAP Fiori with the ability to support development and configuration tasks.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
Personality & Attitude
- Capable, highly motivated, and detail-oriented in delivering system solutions.
- Proactive in resolving technical issues and driving continuous improvements.
