Our client is a multinational company founded in 1978 with headquarters in France. They provide services for debt collection, telemarketing, customer relationship management, content moderation, and communication.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • An experienced technical support representative with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You have a strong technical understanding of data infrastructure and ability to process and understand technical documentation.
  • You have strong documentation skills and are able to translate technical jargon for stakeholders of various backgrounds.
  • Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
  • Critical thinker who can identify and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in billing, fraud, third party measurement and live issue management is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Team player with ability to work as an individual.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal forms of English.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce case management, Jira, payment platforms like Adyen is a plus.
  • Prior experience with SQL, JavaScript & Java a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot JSON and REST API’s
  • Experience and able to train others on related support tech
  • Working in Menara Jamsostek, Indonesia
