SAP Concur System Administration
- Manage daily operations of SAP Concur modules, including Expense, Travel, Verify, Request, and OBT.
- Maintain global configurations, policies, approval workflows, audit rules, and system settings.
- Oversee user provisioning, role assignments, and account governance across international teams.
Online Booking Tool & Request Configuration
- Configure and maintain OBT settings, including travel policies, fare rules, supplier content, and approval flows.
- Ensure Request policies align with country-specific travel and expense requirements.
- Troubleshoot workflow routing, form behavior, notifications, and cost object validation issues.
International Rollout & Compliance Support
- Support SAP Concur rollouts for international business units.
- Adapt system configurations for different countries, including tax rules, per diem rates, local regulations, and travel restrictions.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific tax laws, travel rules, and company governance standards.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate with regional Finance, HR, Travel, and IT teams to harmonize global processes.
- Support global travel and expense operations across countries.
- Provide stakeholder communication and user support for SAP Concur-related matters.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Systems, Finance, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Concur experience, including implementation and support for international business units.
Skills & Competencies
- Must have experience with SAP Concur Expense, Request, and Travel modules.
- Strong understanding of global travel and expense processes, approval workflows, and compliance.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with system integrations such as SFTP, APIs, and flat files is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC / S/4HANA is preferred.
Language / Other Requirements
- Strong English communication is required.
- Technical knowledge of SAP HCM PA / OM modules is an added advantage.
- Experience in shared services or global support environments is preferred.
