Air Transportation Planning & Operations

• Manage and secure airfreight transportation capacity.
• Plan shipments and manage space allocation based on cargo volume and shipping schedules.
• Manage airline and logistics service providers, including Block Space Agreement operations.
• Develop transportation plans for new product launches based on customer production schedules and forecasted volumes.
• Manage freight cost settlement for contracted and spot-rate shipments.

Operational Issue Management

• Manage supply planning and respond to supply chain risks.
• Support Global Operation Center coordination between customer manufacturing sites and overseas sales subsidiaries.
• Develop proactive supply and inventory plans in response to global market disruptions.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage supply plans, delivery schedules, and customer inquiries.
• Review and coordinate operational requests from logistics service providers.

Performance Management, Reporting & Process Innovation

• Monitor operational KPIs and performance.
• Manage month-end shipment control and operational performance.
• Prepare management reports for customers and internal executives on global logistics issues.
• Report transportation capacity, delivery performance, supply status, and new product logistics operations.
• Improve transportation operation processes, lead RPA and AI-based logistics automation initiatives, analyze operational data, and drive process standardization.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in logistics and air freight operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in air transportation and logistics.
• Experience in global logistics operations and working with overseas subsidiaries and customers.
• Understanding of air import/export processes and international transportation.
• Experience in airline, freight forwarder, and 3PL operations.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Language / Other Requirements

• Korean nationality is required.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Vietnamese language is a plus.
• Overseas work experience is required.

Personality & Attitude

• Strong operational planning mindset.
• Proactive in supply chain risk response and global issue handling.
• Strong coordination capability with customers, internal teams, overseas subsidiaries, and logistics partners.
• Process-improvement oriented, data-driven, and able to support automation initiatives.
