- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the IT Security and Risk Management team, delegating tasks and ensuring effective execution.
- Information Security & Risk Management: Act as the branch representative for information security and risk & control, aligning with the regional IT governance structure. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Vulnerability Management: Identify and assess security vulnerabilities and potential risks. Develop and implement plans to mitigate these risks.
- Incident Response: Manage security incidents, conduct investigations, monitor incidents, and implement appropriate responses.
- Budget Management: Propose, manage, and track budgets related to IT security and risk management activities.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with other IT teams and business units to identify and address security vulnerabilities. Follow up on findings and maintain updated documentation of the technology infrastructure.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members and other parts of the business regarding information security.
- Communicate with the head office (HO) and regional teams regarding security risks, best practices, and strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Security.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Risk Management at a management level.
- Strong understanding and ability to stay current with the latest technological changes and information security best practices.
- Strategic thinking, a proactive approach, a willingness to embrace change, and a positive mindset.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT security and risk management.
- Proven risk management skills.
- Strong analytical background with experience in networking and information systems.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (oral and written).
- IT security certifications (e.g. in cybersecurity, IT risk management) are an advantage.
