Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Perform various types of testing (functional, integration, regression, system) for front-end and back-end systems.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on testing progress.
- Optimize test strategies for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility.
Automation Testing:
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Cucumber, Serenity BDD, and Playwright.
- Conduct API testing using Postman and performance testing using JMeter.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
- Enhance testing frameworks using Java or JavaScript.
Collaboration and Delivery:
- Collaborate with BAs, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and provide input.
- Act as a quality advocate, focusing on user needs and high standards.
- Evaluate product readiness and release timelines based on test results.
Leadership and Influence:
- Promote a quality-first mindset within the team.
- Mentor team members on testing techniques.
- Ensure adherence to and improvement of workflows and processes.
Continuous Monitoring and Improvement:
- Monitor product performance and user feedback in production.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Drive initiatives for improved product quality, user satisfaction, and team productivity.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Software Tester or QC Engineer, with significant experience in both manual and automated testing.
Technical Skills:
- Coding proficiency and ability to learn automation testing tools.
- Understanding of APIs/web services and testing tools (Postman, BrowserStack, Curl).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and TDD/BDD.
Tools and Documentation:
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and mockup tools (Figma, draw.io).
- Ability to write test documentation (Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications).
- Experience with test automation frameworks is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB certification.
- E-commerce industry experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- English language proficiency.
