Mô tả công việc
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders (internal, vendor, bank).
- Analyze banking and crypto trading workflows, including ramp-on/off, KYC/AML, regulations, laws and compliance.
- Define functional specifications for integration points (wallets, payments, trading).
- Collaborate with solution architects to validate feasibility and alignment.
- Support UAT and stakeholder sign-off.
- Define system architecture and integration strategy across vendor/core platform, banking/payment gateway, and internal/extended services, frontend and backend.
- Ensure security, scalability, performance, availability, reliability, observability, operation & maintenance and compliance with Vietnam’s regulations and security and data compliances.
- Design extended services/internal service layer for CRM, customer services and other support, chat bot and integration with omni contact center, data platform, data engineering, data analytics, reporting, and audit.
- Collaborate with parties to align architecture, design, solution, specs, integration, infrastructure, deployment and observability.
- Review and validate technical deliverables, solutions, design documents and integration flows.
- Define security requirements for data flows, user access, and transaction processing.
- Map compliance requirements (e.g., SBV, AML, GDPR) to system components.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Domain Knowledge: Banking systems, payment gateways, online trading, crypto exchanges.
- Regulatory Understanding: KYC/AML, FATF, GDPR, and Vietnam banking regulations.
- Technical Literacy: APIs, data flows, cloud-based systems (AWS), basic SQL.
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder communication, documentation, critical thinking.
- Experience: 5+ years in BA roles, with at least 2 in fintech or crypto.
- Architecture Expertise: Microservices, API gateways, event-driven systems, cloud-native design, well-architected framework.
- Knowledge of relating solutions and background, incl. cryptocurrency, exchange, online trading engine, crypto asset management, staking, futures...
- Security & compliance: Encryption, IAM, secure API and integration, banking-grade security, cyber security, security engineering, security operation, data security.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS solution architecture, DevSecOps/CICD/IaC, observability, disaster recovery.
- Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, with 3+ in fintech or crypto.
- Security knowledge and experience: ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, OWASP, cloud security, data security, application security.
- Experience and skills with cyber security assessment, security engineering and security operation
- Regulatory understanding: Vietnam laws, banking regulations, crypto and online trading, AML/KYC.
- Experience: 5+ years in security or compliance roles in banking/financial/online trading services.
