Maintenance:
- Update CIP kernel (4.4.x, 4.4.x-RT, 5.10.x, 5.10.x-RT) to G1 and G2 series every 3 months.
- Disclose packages to GitHub.
- Update HMI/QtHMI demo, sample apps, and Application Development Package if impacted by CIP kernel updates.
- Perform system integration and technical reviews; answer customer technical questions.
- Handle upstream/backport bug fixes.
BSP Development:
- Port u-boot, CIP kernel (4.19.x, 4.19.x-RT, 5.10.x, 5.10.x-RT), drivers, basic libraries, and ECC to G2L and V2L series. Specifics (A2M, Zeus, V3U, cip-core) are retained as they are technical details, not brand names.
- Work on low-power mode.
- Integrate MMP, GStreamers, and Qt. Specifics (MMP, GStreamers, Qt) are retained as they are important technical libraries/frameworks.
- Disclose packages to GitHub.
- Perform system integration (Yocto 3.1), technical reviews, and answer customer technical questions. Specifics (Yocto) are retained as they are important technical tools.
- Handle upstream/backport bug fixes.
Automation/Tool:
- Work with tools for BSP drivers, ST, LTP, Khronos Conformance Test, Qt test, Web-Platform-Testing, and Draw Elements.
- Utilize Quality Program (dEQP) and perform performance tests for HTML5.
- Conduct benchmarks.
- Build automation CI/CD/Test environments (e.g., LAVA, R-Car Automation Test env). LAVA and R-Car are retained as they are specific tools/environments relevant to this field.
- Deeply analyze Web-Platform-Testing failed cases.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded software development.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
- Experience working with embedded systems.
- Solid understanding of low-level programming, including register and pointer manipulation, and low-level driver development.
- Hands-on experience with common communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C.
- Experience using Yocto and/or Buildroot for building embedded Linux systems.
- Strong experience developing Linux Device Drivers and Kernel Drivers.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with DPDK/XDP, Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), and industrial protocols (EtherCAT, OPC UA, ModbusTCP, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET). These are technical protocols and are retained.
- Familiarity with CODESYS AppNotes and OpenPLC frameworks. CODESYS and OpenPLC are retained as they are specific and relevant frameworks.
- Experience with scripting languages: Python, Perl, Bash.
