Enhance and expand the features of training and learning platforms.
Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, develop new features, and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
This role involves platform implementation, cloud operations, automation, and team coordination.
Platform Development & Support:
- Lead the development of new features and troubleshoot existing functionalities.
- Provide technical support and regular maintenance (OS, module, application upgrades).
- Work with end-users to understand needs and improve platform usability.
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure (compute, containerization, storage, caching, database, serverless services). I've generalized the specific cloud platform here (AWS) for broader applicability, but the platform is mentioned in the qualifications if you need to specialize it.
- Ensure smooth operations and timely updates across environments.
Automation & Testing:
- Build automation scripts/workflows for development and deployment.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks.
Technology Integration & Solution Design:
- Research new technologies and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Create detailed designs, POCs (Proofs of Concept), and maintain architectural best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable code and thorough documentation.
Quality Assurance & Performance Optimization:
- Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead incident response and postmortems.
Project & Team Leadership:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Infrastructure, Project Management).
- Drive project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and manage stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in hiring and training
