- Work on data tools to solve customer requirements, provide solutions, create estimations, and implement tools.
- Build AI models from scratch and help stakeholders (including business users and product managers) understand the models' outcomes.
- Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to aid in business decision-making.
- Create and manage AI product development and infrastructure.
- Create data transformation and ingestion infrastructures.
- Automate the infrastructure used by the data science team.
- Develop machine learning applications based on requirements.
- Run AI and machine learning experiments and tests.
- Train and retrain systems as needed.
- Transform machine learning models into APIs for other applications to interact with.
- Coordinate tasks with other members of the AI team.
- Collaborate with the electronics and robotics departments.
- Other tasks as required by the CTO/CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to AI, such as data science, computer science, IT, or statistics. A Master's degree or Ph.D. in these fields is preferred.
- Expertise in software development, data science, data engineering, and programming. Ability to uncover and utilize data from various sources; create, develop, and test machine learning models; and build and implement AI applications.
- Extensive knowledge of statistics, calculus, or algebra to work with algorithms and understand probability for interaction with common machine learning models (e.g., Naive Bayes, Hidden Markov, Gaussian mixture models).
- Skilled in programming languages like Python, C++, Java, and R for AI model development and deployment.
- Solid understanding of algorithms and applied mathematics to build, modify, and use AI models.
- Good knowledge of natural language processing and the ability to program systems to process and analyze large datasets.
- Ability to communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations effectively with stakeholders (data scientists, data analysts, research analysts, software engineers, marketing managers, product teams, etc.).
- Ability to think critically, creatively, and analytically to solve problems in real time, evaluate data, and develop conclusions; willingness to question established practices and suggest new AI approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively and supportively.
- Business acumen and industry knowledge.
- Enrollment in continuing AI-related courses and certifications is preferred to stay current with the latest trends and technologies.
