Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software testing/quality assurance
- Have good communication and leadership skills
- Have a good work ethic and ownership of works
- Have critical thinking and problem solver
- Have a growth mindset and go the extra mile
- Familiar/Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
- Familiar/Understanding of functional testing best practices and processes e.g. test case, regression test, smoke test, etc
- (Good to have) Familiar/Understanding of automation tests, their tools, and framework e.g. Selenium, Katalon, etc
- (Good to have) Familiar/Understanding of non-functional testing best practices and processes e.g. load testing and performance test
- (Good to have) Familiar/Have experience in leading/mentoring fellow QA
