Mô tả công việc

  • Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and other cross-functional team members to
    understand, define, and detail product requirements using AI as an advantage of product, ensuring
    alignment with business objectives
  • Design, prototype, train, validate and improve ML/NLP/Deep Learning models to solve challenging
    cutting-edge problems in the FX trading and crypto exchange industry (trading strategies
    recommendation, financial and portfolio advisor, trading strategies optimization...) , using state-of-
    the-art techniques (including LLM and ChatGPT!) and best practices
  • Conduct in-depth research and modeling and data preparation to develop recommendation and
    optimization models of trading strategies. Backtest AI-optimized trading strategies to analyze and
    improve the recommendation model and optimization model
  • Track trading strategy performance, and perform quantitative backtesting, simulation, statistical
    analysis, and post-improvement work if needed
  • Work with our production teams, DevOps teams to build and deploy scalable, high-performing, and
    reliable ML/NLP/Deep Learning pipelines and systems that operate 24x7
  • Actively contribute to improving our ML productivity, by identifying and leveraging opportunities for
    automation, data improvements, code optimization, and process enhancements
  • Flexible working time in Hybrid (core time in office for 6 hours/day from 9:00-16:00, 5 remote working
    days/month)

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on machine learning,
    deep learning and natural language processing
  • Proven hands-on experience in developing, training, improving, optimizing, deploying, and
    maintaining ML/NLP/Deep Learning models and pipelines
  • Strong in programming languages such as Python, Go and ML/NLP/Deep Learning libraries such as
    PyTorch, Tensorflow, Transformers
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to understand cryptocurrency markets or FX markets, and financial trading strategies and
    principles
  • Ability to process and analyze datasets efficiently
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g: AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g:
    Docker, Kubernetes) and common development tools (e.g: Linux, GPU server, Jupyter, Git) is a plus
