- Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for core banking transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate existing core banking systems, identify limitations, and propose scalable and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to define solution blueprints.
- Manage and coordinate technical efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the core banking ecosystem.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID).
- Provide technical leadership in defining best practices and frameworks for core banking transformation.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or 10+ years of experience in banking technology, core banking implementation, or platform engineering.
- Experience with Core Banking Solutions (Temenos, Thought Machine, Finacle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of banking products, transaction processing, payments, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, software design patterns, and API-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in modern application development methodologies (event-driven architecture and microservices).
- Hands-on experience with integration frameworks and legacy modernization approaches in banking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead technical discussions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a consultative technical Sales/Pre-Sales Solution Architect role.
- Experience managing and working with multiple technical teams.
- Track record of thought leadership or T-shaped skills.
- Banking domain knowledge.
