• Code and Technical Design Reviews, Deployments and refactoring of application state to ensure scaling and performance. And work closely with the Digital Technology head to meet the expectations on the implementations.
• Own and responsible for technical design solutions/ functions and development for application system and integration decisions.
• Consult and propose comprehensive solutions based on technology standards.
• Manage and monitor changes related to solution architect to ensure integrity, standardization and consistence of technology system.
• Ensure that work plan is properly assigned, major timelines are cascaded with the Digital Technology team and the correct documentation is in place and communicated regularly.
• Carry out the day-to-day tasks such as stand-up calls, meetings, deployments and relevant important activities.
• Analysis on the Digital Technology and Bancassurance Platform, In-house System and Technology experts to review source code deliveries from vendors and control deployment operations.
• Program new features and correct software defects.
• Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance and small service requests are delivered and are prioritised
• Ensure that service, operational and support requirements are taken into consideration and solutions are ready to be transitioned to the live
• Responsible for ensuring that sufficient testing of solutions has taken place to minimize any disruption during transition to live
• Ensure that the right levels of communication are provided, relationships around the business are developed and nurtured and the expectations of key stakeholders are managed.
• Be actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to final delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 6-8 years of experience in software analysis, design and development in JAVA ,AWS Cloud platforms and Microservices.
• Understanding and having good knowledge about applying and selecting technologies in the bancassurance services industry as well as designing and building technology systems for organizations with large transaction volumes on the basis of conformity with development orientations. development, safe and effective.
• Willing to code and implement solution with Tech team.
• Expertise in most of the following: Spring Framework, Hibernate, Junit, SQL, database design.
• Very strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and a strong team spirit.
• Some experience in leading a project or team will be a plus.
• Experience in these technologies and tools would be a plus: Angular, KendoUI, Java FX, GWT, gRPC, Spring Boot, Fitnesse, GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, SQL Server, Oracle database, etc.
• Have knowledge of emerging container management platforms like Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices.
• Knowledge of programming communication between mobile and server via TCP / IP, Firebase, Websocket, WebService and JSON / XML protocols
• Experience in Agile development.
• Knowledgeable in DevOps - a highly sought-after methodology designed to bridge the gap between developers and operations staff - to produce better apps more quickly
