Mô tả công việc

Discover customers’ needs and issues. Describe and transfer customer’s needs, issues to development team, then find out the appropriate solution, to discuss and propose solutions to them through the Company’s services or products.
Have ability to execute market survey, analyze information and forecast the market size, market trend for the best orientation sales.
Have teamwork ability.
Have good experience and skills for working with Japanese customers.
Close deals that negotiate with clients and secure contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement and fostering long-term relationships.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the partnership

Working time: Mon - Fri

Location: 7F, Vien Dong Building, 36 Hoang Cau Street, O Cho Dua Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi

Yêu cầu công việc

Male candidates are required. (For business travel reasons).
Minimum Diploma holder.
At least 5 years of experience as a B2B Sales Consultant or similar role in software solutions.
Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience, especially with Japanese customers.
Excellent communication skills; Japanese language (must-have) equivalent to N2 level and English language fluency.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasking.
Having lived and worked in Japan, working experience in Japanese enterprise is a plus
