Mô tả công việc

- Deploy processes, guidelines to project
- Support implementation project to ensure they follow the process defined
- Perform document audit if needed
- Apply QA best standard, practice, method and tool
- Define solution and metric to monitor, report & audit shortcomings/ missing/ gap/ not compliant in the process/ procedures or activity could risk or impact quality of product/service
- Perform and document risk analysis
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Drive innovation and streamline overall QA processes

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proven work experience in software development
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Have basic reading and communication skills in English
- Having basic reading and communication skills in Japanese is an advantage
- Good teamwork skill and readiness to challenge
