Mô tả công việc
- Manage and mentor BA team according to a roadmap consistent with the company's business plan.
- Define the value proposition for the business analytics function, defining the roles and responsibilities of business analytics staff, at all levels and levels.
- Work closely with product development teams, users, and multiple departments.
- Understand business requirements and any other requirements from Clients, PO, and higher managers
- Analyze and specify requirements according to project requirements and convert into software requirements/functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team in requirement development and verify requirements after they are implemented.
- Support in developing scenarios and performing tests.
- Support customers during the acceptance test process.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst and at least 1 years of experience as a leader.
- Experience working with Digital Transformation Products, E-commerce systems, FinTech, EduTech, Social Networks is a plus
- Strong in UI/UX design
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills is a plus.
- Understanding / know of Agile process and principles is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and carefulness in work.
- Proficiency in English(required), Chinese and Khmer is a plus
