Mô tả công việc
- Research requirements, develop detailed test plans and scenarios, review test scenarios and test cases.
- Conduct scenario testing: create bug reports and coordinate with the technical team to fix bugs.
- Manage, analyze, and track team test results.
- Assign work, supervise, and urge team members to perform work.
- Organize training, and build and manage software testing teams.
- Take overall responsibility for testing quality.
- Participate in work related to improving productivity and quality, testing processes, and employee evaluation.
- Report progress and results of the team's work to the Korean team/General Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Senior Tester/Tester position.
- English skills equivalent to 700+ TOEIC or 6.5 IELTS (certificate is not required but the level is required).
- Ability to analyze, plan tests, and read and understand requirements.
- High initiative and creativity in work are prerequisites and also an advantage in improving personal capacity.
- Logical thinking, good critical thinking.
- Dynamic, hard-working, adaptable to OKR, Agile, … working methods.
- Lead skills, set goals, and commit to achieving goals.
- Master the process and methods of testing software systems.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience as Tester Leader.
Working time: 9:00 - 18:00. 5 working days/week: Monday - Friday, Day-off: Saturday - Sunday.
Working place: Dinh Cong, Hoang Mai, Ha Noi.
