About Us
Inspius helps Singapore and US tech companies build and manage remote software engineering teams in Vietnam. We believe in the potential of Vietnamese software engineers and are dying to help them advance their careers with remote jobs at Singapore and US product companies.
Now, we are building our own tech product, an AI-powered technical assessment platform, that helps HR personnel to assess technical capability of software engineer candidates quickly, easily and accurately.

Responsibilities
Set up the technical foundation and build the application from scratch
Architect, design, and develop the technical foundation for our new application from scratch, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security. Our priority now is speed so a medium functional technical foundation is okay for now.
Collaborate with our product owner and UX/UI designer to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
Lead the end-to-end development process, including frontend (NextJS) and backend development (TypeScript), database design, and integration of external services and APIs.
Deploy the application and ensure the application’s availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimize application performance.
