Mô tả công việc
- Receive testing request for IT products and services.
- Conduct research, analysis, and clarification of requirements. Develop a testing strategy for IT product and service requirements.
- Create/Modify test-related artifacts (test cases, test reports, test plans).
- Participate in both API testing and UI testing (test multiple screens).
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Analyze the issues and propose solutions to improve the product.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by the project leader.
Yêu cầu công việc
- General knowledge about testing: terms, software development process, testing process.
- From 2 years of experience in software testing web/testing apps on mobile.
- Ability to Reading / Writing skills in Japanese N3.
- Ability to write test cases and overview checklists for the project.
- Ability to analyze requirements, synthesize into separate documents, Q&A for customers.
- Ability to read, understand and create test documents in English.
- Ability to make suggestions and feedback when encountering problems.
- Good teamwork skills, professional and ethnic behaviors.
