Job Description

Receive testing request for IT products and services.
Conduct research, analysis, and clarification of requirements. Develop a testing strategy for IT product and service requirements.
Create/Modify test-related artifacts (test cases, test reports, test plans).
Participate in both API testing and UI testing (test multiple screens).
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Analyze the issues and propose solutions to improve the product.
Execute other tasks as assigned by the project leader.

Job Requirement

General knowledge about testing: terms, software development process, testing process.
From 2 years of experience in software testing web/testing apps on mobile.
Ability to Reading / Writing skills in Japanese N3.
Ability to write test cases and overview checklists for the project.
Ability to analyze requirements, synthesize into separate documents, Q&A for customers.
Ability to read, understand and create test documents in English.
Ability to make suggestions and feedback when encountering problems.
Good teamwork skills, professional and ethnic behaviors.
