Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements
Creating high-level product specifications and design documents
Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow
Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design
Ensuring that you and the team adhere to development schedules and deadlines
Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals
Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.
Updating software solutions as required
Leading development team to design and implement software architecture and the whole system
Leading and participate in company-wide training, knowledge sharing and R&D initiatives
Staying on top of processes and technological trends and help define the strategic technical areas of company for upcoming years
Participating in pre-sale effort to build proof of concepts or develop project proposals

Yêu cầu công việc

Your skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science
At least 3+ years of experience in with end-end architecture for large design and coordinate project team in SaaS industry
Demonstrated expertise in building Web Applications, Enterprise Applications, Web Services and management at scale is a requirement
Strong knowledge of datastores (SQL, NoSQL) and ability to make choices among available technology based on requirements
Experience with architectural patterns for High Availability, Performance, Scale Out architecture, Disaster Recovery, Security Architecture
Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, deployment and operational aspects of AWS/ GCP/ Azure cloud is a plus
Software development experience in one or more programming languages .NET, Java
Ability to guide the team in all tiers of enterprise applications including front-end technologies like ReactJS, Angular
Be data driven, identify and demonstrate the right tools at every stage of software development to ensure code and architectural qualities are not compromised
Ability to prioritize and handle work to critical project timelines in a dynamic environment and develop new approaches to complex design problems
Extensive experience in software development and project management
Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms
Excellent organization and leadership abilities
Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details
Professional experience in Microservices, Serverless architectures
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent writing and communication skills in English
