Directly manage software/website development projects for the company in the E-commerce, Finance, and IoT sectors
Take over client requests, conduct surveys, estimate efforts, develop plans, implement plans, organize project management & ensure quality according to the standard process
Communicate with clients/partners regarding project-related matters
Ensure commitment to service quality (SLA) with clients for the assigned project
Lead product testing before delivery to clients
Handle and resolve arising issues after deployment
Plan, organize, and work directly with the Development team

At least 1+ years of experience in software/website development project management
Experience in project management using agile or scrum methodologies
Proficient English communication (equivalent to IELTS 7.0)
Knowledge of basic programming, system design analysis, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with one of the popular programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, and common databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, etc.
Planning, problem-solving, and task management skills, with flexibility in handling various situations
Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to handle pressure, high sense of responsibility, proactive, and creative in work
Experience working on E-commerce projects is an advantage.
Preference for candidates with project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, CPMP, etc.
