Mô tả công việc

  •  Run Business Center team and consult CEO & CSO on the business strategy
  • Organize BC team: define clear roles and responsibilities for each sub-team (sales, client engagement, business development) and each BC’s member
  • Develop & coach BC’s key people and ensure all BC’s members are developed with the right career path
  • Research market and competitors to consult CEO & CSO on the business
  • development strategies
  • Monitor, review, and periodically report to the CEO the BC’s status, achievements and plan as well as propose
  • Ensure the customers/partners are taken care and engaged
  • Periodically meet/talk to the client to get & understand their needs, expectation, concern and work with client engagement as well as project team to address them all
  • Raise/negotiate/direct the clients/partners and follow up with them on related project’s matters raised by project teams and business matters
  • Ensure the sales target
  • Define and implement the business plan to meet sales objectives periodically
  • Lead sales team to explore and expand the markets via different channels e.g.
  • LinkedIn, personal networks, company networks, business forums, B2B platforms….
  • Assign sales target to individual seller/sales manager, and ensure they implement their plan and reach the targets in the planned timeline.
  • Monitor and tracking sales activities
  • Track and report potential leads
  • Work with the finance team to track all active clients/partners, contract, invoice and payment
     

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the software or technology industry.
Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5)
  • Have good people management and development skills
  • Able to build up, organize, and run a business development team with different functions e.g. sales, marketing, client engagement, business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze client needs, solve problems creatively, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of software development processes and business domains.
  • Experience in trade/consumer marketing or content marketing.
  • Familiarity with global markets.
