Mô tả công việc

1/ Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients within the designated industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and client referrals
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new business opportunities

2/ Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and challenges
  • Regularly engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling additional services
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on industry trends and recruitment best practices

3/ Proposal Development

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to clients' specific requirements
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create customized solutions that address client needs effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements

4/ Market Research

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

5/ Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

6/ Collaboration

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2-year experience with proven track record
  • Proven track record of successful business development in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to articulate the value proposition of recruitment services
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Experienced in Technology sector recruitment is preferable.
  • Having experience in Recruitment Agency is preferable.
  • Good written and spoken English, computer literacy
