• Work with customer success team to understand and investigate feedback from
customers and recommend improvements for the product
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements,
recommendations in form of user case and user story
• Own & Facilitate requirements lifecycle sessions
• Conduct research to determine if solutions to the business requirements currently
exist within the business market.
• Manager Requirement backlog
• Communicate business priorities to the product team to drive effective solutions
• Articulate to the product team the vision of what the business needs
• Create User journeys, stories and process flow in an agile manner
• Maintenance of JIRA
