Senior: 3+ years of experience in software development
● Analyze the requirements sent from customers and transform/ transfer to business view and/or software functionality specification.
● Develop product requirement specifications including written descriptions (concept notes) of functionality, flows, charts, wireframes and mockups, etc.
● Familiar with popular BA/PO management tools, familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and its culture.
● Work with stakeholders (finance, requester, tech, operation, customer services, etc.) to finalize concept, working flow and make sure every related task runs smoothly
● Create, maintain, own the product roadmap and the product backlog.
● Keep tracking on competitor’s products and make sure our products are better.
● Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations and standards.
● Support project team to communicate with the customers regarding implementation QA/Issue/Risk/Escalation.
● Compose all kinds of documents in the scope of the project.
● Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
[FOR SENIOR LEVEL]
● Plan for the requirement phase at the beginning of the project.
● Conduct requirement elicitation workshop.
● Analyze business flow and user requirements.
● Document the client's business requirements in detail.
● Assign tasks and manage teams to make sure that the project runs smoothly.
● Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.
● Prepare training material for team members.
● Leading ideation, validation and launch of innovative products that users need and/or internally requested.
● Build-up and in charge end-to-end product development with technical team: product backlog and competitive features development, business and consumer journey excellence development and deployment, continuous product innovation.
