Mô tả công việc
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired processes/systems.
- Create and maintain requirement documents (BRD, FRD), process flows, data models, and other relevant artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, subject matter experts, developers, and quality assurance, to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and user acceptance criteria, execute system testing, integration testing, performance testing.
- Identify and analyze potential risks, issues, and dependencies related to requirements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Background in Business Administration or an IT related field.
- 1+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Tester
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and defect reports.
- Knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Swagger, Jmeter..).
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence,..).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
