- Participate in and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance and Service Management modules.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system-based solutions.
- Support the configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance components (maintenance notifications, work orders, equipment, functional locations, task lists).
- Support the configuration of SAP Service Management components (service orders, service contracts, warranties, customer equipment).
- Ensure integration with related SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PS) for seamless business operations.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation (configuration guides, test scripts, training materials).
- Provide hands-on support for ABAP enhancements and Fiori app configurations to support project functionality.
- Conduct system testing, coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide training to end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of two full-cycle SAP implementation projects involving Plant Maintenance and Service Management.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Service Management in S/4HANA, including:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance processes
- Equipment and asset management
- Service order and contract management
- Warranty and customer service processes
- Working knowledge of ABAP and SAP Fiori, with the ability to support development and configuration tasks.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
