- Develop and implement SAP Material Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP MM and SD processes, ensuring integration with other modules and business functions.
- Lead implementation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC for MM and SD modules.
- Oversee end-to-end processes in SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.) and SD (Order to Cash, Pricing, etc.).
- Coordinate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and recommend improvements.
- Provide guidance during system integration, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Lead workshops and training sessions.
- Develop and maintain documentation (configuration, user manuals, process flows).
- Ensure system performance optimization, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, UAT).
- Stay updated on SAP best practices, updates, and new releases.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP MM and SD configuration and implementation.
- At least 3 years in a Lead Consultant role.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM and SD modules, including integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, PP, PM, PS, EWM, HCM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end SAP MM and SD projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with SAP support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of material management and sales and distribution best practices and regulations.
- Experience leading or managing SAP projects in a global, multi-national environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and a fast-paced environment.
