• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, changes, and adjustments to project plans as necessary.
• Team Communication: Communicate and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement project evaluation mechanisms to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future projects

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of project management experience in a software development setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Experience in handling software development projects with a good understanding of software development life cycles.
• Knowledged in management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, OKR, etc.
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
