• As a React Native Developer, you are expected to work on both product development and engineering  improvements} 
• Work closely with the product and design team to understand requirements, provide product feedback, own  and implement the product from start to finish} 
• Drive and participate in technical discussions with other teams} 
• Write code that is reusable, scalable and testable. Make sure products are delivered on time and with high  quality} 
• Collaborate with QAs to ensure the app releases are worthy of five-star ratings} 
• Take the initiative to improve the codebase proactively. Propose and set better engineering solutions for the  team} 
• Be responsible and responsive during on-call duty. Able to debug and troubleshoot production issues} ž Be responsible for resolving complex technical issues} 
• Responsible for initiating technical innovations.

• Have experience in video streaming platform
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in React Native app development or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications built using React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React Native framework.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and user interface guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Good understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, protocols such as SSL/TLS, sockets, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Familiarity with how React Native apps are deployed on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
• Prior experience with well-known open-source projects is highly advantageous.
• Experience running large-scale applications and a global understanding of systems internals and tools like crash analytics, performance tuning, local/remote debugging.
• Strong understanding of application performance and ability to perform profiling to find any performance bottlenecks
• Experience in test-driven development and proficiency in writing unit tests.
