RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide IT help-desk support and resolve hardware/software problems to the end users.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesks.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment and software licenses.
• Giving user accounts setting, configure access system for user endpoints.
• Report issues to the Manager for escalation.
• Assist and maintenance System server, Internet connection more stable.
• Managing Camera, Access card system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in computer hardware, software, local network…
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams.
• Knowledge in installing graphic design software: Autodesk 3DS MAX, MAYA (install, error fixing…).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 2 years of relevant technical experience.
