Mô tả công việc

  • Help Desk Support:Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to support requests promptly and resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime for team members
  • User Account Management: Ensure proper access controls and permissions are in place based on job roles and responsibilities.
  • Hardware and Software Setup: Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications for team members.
  • System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and performance monitoring.
  • Vendor Management and asset inventory: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software support, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business processes, goals, and strategies. Collaborate with various teams, including sales, to align technical solutions with business needs and provide informed support.
  • Application Demos and Training: Demonstrate and assist the sales team in using the organization's applications effectively. Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of the applications and can leverage them to drive sales success.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Business driven
  • Strong expertise in leveraging cloud services, specifically Azure. Proficiency in configuring and managing virtual machines, storage, networking, and security in a cloud environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and be a team-player
  • We’d love to have you from 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role
