The PMO will oversee and handle SAP ERP roll-out projects and serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and project activity. You will perform strategic vision, ensure project delivery within scope, time frame, funding limitations.

• Establish Project Governance Structure;
• Develop detailed project plan to schedule project milestones, workstream and activities;
• Drive and facilitate open communication channels with relevant stakeholders;
• Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives;
• Actively monitor potential Risks and Issues, and escalate items to Project Steering Committee when required;
• Lead effort to document deployment lessons learned at the end of each phase;
• Prepare and present project to the gate review;
• Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiently;
• Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning;
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget;
• Drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems to completing project on time, in scope and to budget, and make the decisions within authorization;
• Provide Management Reports, including project health on the status of projects including cost, timing and resource;

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Clear understanding of process, project delivery frameworks, and metrics.
• Minimum of three years of related work experience.
• PMP Certificate is an advantage
• SAP functional/technical certification is a plus
