Project Management
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals.
• Managing all aspects of product creation, including design and development.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements such as features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, ensuring that development teams understand them.
• Plan and prioritize the product backlog and development for the product themes to ensure that effort is focused on the most valuable features that are consistent with the product strategy.
• Leads the product functional design process based on a thorough understanding of users and technology.
• Coordinate with team to solve problems related product as fast as possible.
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Ensure problems are well documented and incorporated in long term solution plan
