Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will

• Work with the production team to design, develop, and scale in-house defi protocols
• Design core, and backend software components
• Code using primarily Golang, Java, Scala, Rust, NodeJS, or similar
• Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL data structures
• Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa;
• Conduct design and code reviews;
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.

Qualifications

• B.S or M.S Computer Science or related fields;
• 6+ years of object-oriented software development experience;
• 3+ years of building complex backend applications;
• 2+ years of web application development at the user interface and system levels;
• Has good knowledge of Defi & Crypto (nice to have)
• Strong knowledge and experience of OOP;
• Have a deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles;
• Understand MVC and Clean architecture;
• Experience with writing unit tests and testable code;
• Experience with developing applications using Golang-Gin Framework, knowing Node.JS is a plus;
• Experience with RDBMS and data caching;
• Experience with docker, docker-compose, docker swarm, NGINX, and API gateway on Linux OS (Ubuntu/ CentOS) & knowing K8S is a plus;
• Experience with writing unit tests and testable code;
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Can collaborate fluently in English with other teams.
