Project Planning and Initiation

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and engage project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and ensure everyone understands project objectives and expectations.

Project Execution and Monitoring

• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring tasks are completed as per the project plan.
• Monitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and best practices.

Resource Management

• Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
• Coordinate with department heads to assign team members to projects.
• Ensure that team members have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.

Communication and Reporting

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and reports.
• Facilitate status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project status, budget, and risks.

Quality Assurance

• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes.
• Conduct project reviews to ensure that all project objectives are met.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Change Management

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Ensure that changes are approved and documented.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Having at least 3 years of experience in the position and having an orientation to work in Japan or on projects for Japanese companies.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Understand and work proficiently with programming languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Work professionally on an IT task management platform.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
