Mô tả công việc

  • Updating and patching SAP systems
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting SAP systems
  • Backing up and restoring SAP data
  • Implementing SAP security measures
  • Working with SAP developers and business users to resolve technical issues
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and making reports the status of MEVN Network and WAN connection.
  • Work with vendor and global network to to correct MEVN network system match with global network standard.
  • Monitoring and managing the servers in terms of update/ upgrade the hardware and software, licenses, security software.
  • Support IT Manager to update/ upgrade the required network hardware/ software/ security
  • Support IT Manager to create/update/change Active Directory if any required.
  • Support IT MGR to ensure all IT hardware and software always complied with ISM policy.
  • Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
  • CCNA, CCNP (advantage) certificate in Network
  • MCSA certificate in System
  • Having over 2 experience years in IT network system and SAP operation(mandatory)
  • Experience in managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting network and system.
  • Strong understanding of network system and Cloud base (Azure, AWS, Google...)
  • Strong understanding of SAP software and its components
  • Experience with SAP installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with SAP troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good customer service mindset
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Willing to learn new things as job requirement
