• Work with Helpdesk team to support end users (Relation to System, Network, Security,…);
• Maintain IT infrastructure network and system (Windows servers Performance, devices, System software, Vmware, Nas, File Server, Email, VPN, Backup…);
• Monitor the performance of the network;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems;
• Planning and reporting the cost of replacing or updating relation to infrastructure;
• Monitoring and Implementing security to protect system and network;
• System Inventory Monitoring.

Working hours: 9AM - 6PM (Mon to Fri)

Job requirements:

• At least 1-2 years experience in IT Network Infrastructure;
• Having Microsoft Office 365 administration experience is a plus
• Experience in setting up and maintaining network security and system (switch, firewall, gateway, Vmware, Windows Server, Fortinet, NAS…);
• Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure;
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Proactiveness, positiveness, and high teamwork spirit.
