1. Report to IT Manager

1. Install and support hardware and software, network systems.

• Provide/troubleshoot front and backend support to users for assistance in ICT applications, and other miscellaneous software.
• Set up, update computer security measures.
• Offer technical support onsite or via phone or email to other campuses.
• Diagnose and solving hardware/software faults.
• Monitor CCTV system of Company/School.
• Manage of ICT Inventory
• Conduct Online learning Resources for Training and support
• Assist to monitor the networks, both LAN / WAN networks and infrastructure.

2. Conduct training for new staff in terms of all ICT-related matters.

3. Maintain or provide repairing solutions for ICT equipment.

4. Assist Project team for ICT system/infrastructure set-up for new project / ERP system.

• Assist in working with the contractor of ICT
• Work with the ICT department and fulfill tasks assigned.
• Provide support for ERP and SMS systems.

2. Report to Operation Manager

• Support ICT requirements for classes, assessments, tests, examinations, and competitions
• Support curriculum works with teachers to make sure always available to use.
• Support for eLearning portal.
• Support vendors/suppliers for procurement of equipment/services
• Support school events: Assembly, Festival, Concert, Semester summary, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University graduate majoring in information technology, computing, and telecommunications.
• Have experience on the helpdesk, support enduser
• Has knowledge about hardware, computer, printer, scanners. etc.
• Has knowledge about Network system as Router, Switch, the Access point is the advantage
• Has knowledge about Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, IIS, GPO. etc is the advantage
• Familiar with MS Ofice365, Office suite.
• Handle any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the IT Manager / Operation Manager from time to time.
• You are expected to travel when required.
